By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below. If you have any inquiries, please contact me. For pricing quotes, see the Order Form page.— GENERAL INFORMATION• I will draw: human(oid)s, most animals, original characters, fan art (case-by-case basis), anthros (case-by-case basis).• I won’t draw: NSFW, offensive or hateful material, complex machinery, real people without their consent, highly complex designs. I have the right to decline anything I’m uncomfortable with or consider beyond my ability to draw.• I work best with at least one clear visual reference with flat colors. Please provide clear, relevant visual references* as well as any important design notes (especially for small details that may go unnoticed). I won’t work off written descriptions alone. Pose/expression references are helpful but optional.*Unclear or incomplete visual references may result in me requesting additional references and/or a complexity fee. Some examples of what may fall under this category: 3D character models without a flat color palette, multiple separate references to be combined into one character (for example: separate images for hair, clothes, color palette, etc), large amounts of written text descriptions. In short, anything that requires character design work on my part.— PRICING AND PAYMENT• The following elements may increase the price by $1-$15 or more (per element): a lack of clear or complete visual references, large or complex elements (e.g. armor, wings, detailed patterns), complex designs or anatomy, multiple characters interacting, and anything that I determine will take extra effort to draw.• I will start the commission when the complete agreed payment has been received via PayPal invoice. Please wait for the invoice to send your payment.• Refunds are possible if I have not started the commission, or if for any reason I cannot complete it. The maximum refund amount is the amount I received after PayPal transaction fees.• Tips are optional but always much appreciated!— PROCESS• Unless stated otherwise, I send progress shots of each major stage (sketch, lineart and color, shading). You’ll have the opportunity to request changes if desired (and within reason).• Turnaround time varies from a few days to a month. I will keep you updated if there are any significant delays. You can also check my commission queue for the status of your order!• You will receive full resolution files of the finished commission via email.— USAGE POLICY• Commissioned artwork is for personal use only. Do not profit off of my art in any way (reselling it, making merchandise, commercial use, advertising, etc), mint it as an NFT, or claim it as your own.• Please credit and/or link back to me if you upload or use the finished commission anywhere. My Instagram and Toyhouse username is ‘astraeons’. My other platforms are linked in the Home page.• I retain all rights to my art. I may share works-in-progress (WIPs) and completed commissions to my social media, or use them as portfolio or commission examples (with credit to you as the commissioner.) However, if you prefer that I don’t publicly share your commission or mention your name in any way, please let me know beforehand!• Do not remove my watermark/signature or edit my art in any way. (Changing the background color, resizing, or cropping is okay.)

Prices are per character. You can order two pieces with up to two characters at a time. Large orders (more than two pieces and/or characters) may add additional fees.

— CHIBI YCH (STYLE A)A flat-colored, fairly small fullbody in a chibi style, semi-customizable to fit your character's personality. Complex designs may be simplified. Expression changes are free. Can be flipped so character is facing other way.Base price - $18.00

— HOW TO COMMISSION ME
1) Read my Terms of Service and decide on what commission type you want.2) Fill out the order form (below) with the commission details and adequate references. Then, send it privately through one of the places linked in the homepage. (I'm most active on Instagram and Toyhouse.)3) I'll discuss any further details with you and give you a price quote. Once you confirm the price, I'll set up a PayPal invoice. 'Notes' field: Here is where you can put any information that would help me accurately draw your character! This could be an expression/pose you'd like to see them in, a description of their personality, a list of small details that might be easily missed etc. You can write as much you want. Anything helps! (At the very least, please provide a sentence about their personality or 1-2 expression ideas)'Sharing preferences' field: Are you okay with me posting the finished art or using it as a commission example? I always try to properly credit the commissioner. If there's a certain way you'd like to be credited (Instagram username, FR profile, Toyhouse, etc), please let me know here.
